Current Logo
The current logo creatively blends a lowercase “b” with an image of the Sanfoka bird, resulting in a distinctive and harmonious visual representation.
But it requires improved balance and scalability. The small Black Brand name hinders legibility at reduced sizes. Though the recognizable “b” with the Sankofa bird is appealing, its complexity and stroke lines create scaling issues, especially in print.
Logo Redesign
The logo redesign draws inspiration from the original concept, incorporating the Sanfoka bird to symbolize both unity and the organization’s spiritual essence.
The redesigned logo adopts a simpler approach, making it more versatile. The bird takes center stage, incorporating the small letter “b” within its negative space. Each element can stand independently as a logomark, while together they form the complete logo with the name.
Visual Identity
The Black BRAND brand guidelines encompass comprehensive information regarding logo and its variations, proper logo usage, typography specifications, color palette, and typographic guidelines. These guidelines serve as a valuable resource to maintain consistency and coherence in representing the Black BRAND brand across various applications and platforms.
