VicOne: Driving Brand Engagement Through LinkedIn & Campaign Design

Client’s Goal:

VicOne sought to significantly enhance their brand presence and communication effectiveness, particularly on LinkedIn, by consistently producing high-quality, on-brand visual assets for their diverse marketing campaigns and events.

My Role:

As a key design partner, I provided comprehensive support focused on social media design for LinkedIn, various marketing campaigns, and overall design support. I conceptualized and executed engaging visual content, ensured strict brand guideline adherence, and streamlined design workflows through Canva template creation.

Impact:

My design contributions directly bolstered VicOne’s visual communication strategy, leading to a more professional and engaging presence across LinkedIn and other campaign channels. By delivering impactful and consistent visual assets, I enabled the marketing team to more effectively convey complex messages and support their ongoing initiatives, contributing to enhanced brand recognition and audience engagement.

Beginning October 2024, I partnered with the VicOne marketing team, initially providing essential design for events, including logo and print signage. By December 2024, my role expanded to offer consistent and comprehensive design support, becoming instrumental in their ongoing campaigns and events. My contributions directly impacted their visual presence and marketing effectiveness:

My Role & Contributions:
  • Elevating LinkedIn Presence: Spearheaded the creation of engaging LinkedIn visuals, including carousels, detailed diagrams/infographics, eye-catching banners, and impactful promotional graphics for key reports and campaigns. This work significantly contributed to VicOne’s professional and authoritative presence on the platform.
  • Comprehensive Campaign Design: Provided end-to-end design support for various marketing campaigns, translating complex information into clear and compelling visuals. This included designing high-quality collaterals, social media graphics, white papers/reports, and infographics that enhanced messaging and readability.
  • Event & Product Visuals: Delivered critical design assets for events and products, such as distinctive logos and essential print materials, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Seamless Multimedia Integration: Collaborated closely with video editors to ensure cohesive visual integration for motion graphics needs, enhancing the overall impact of video content.
  • Brand Guideline Adherence & Efficiency: Meticulously ensured all design work strictly adhered to VicOne’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional brand image. To optimize team collaboration and design approval processes, I converted existing templates and developed new ones in Canva, providing the team with easy access for commenting and editing, which streamlined workflows and accelerated content delivery.
